The aim of the legal practice
About Us
The approach and method adopted by the practice is based on the principle of litigation strategy. In essence it amounts to a principled and meticulously designed project plan on the inherent legal principles adopted in most countries.
Thus the legal advice is not confined to a particular jurisdiction and if necessary can be prepared and devised in collaboration with a client and its lawyer for any international jurisdiction.
The most important principle adopted by the practice is that, if not absolutely necessary, a client should not have to appear in a court at all and be subjected to hours of nerve-wrecking cross-examination. The approach is that even in the very worst case scenario, there are always legal and strategic ways to avoid a court case or, at worst, shorten proceedings and alleviate psychological pressure on the client and family, both in civil and criminal matters.
